|Title||Project Contracts Manager|
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 15 years of extensive experience with contract administration, negotiation, high value claims, dispute resolution and arbitration to lead team of professional and guide a team of professional.
Candidate should have working knowledge of international standards, pre- and post-award contract administration, comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts, experience of administering multiple contracts at any one time in all types of Infrastructure and Building Projects for a contractor.
Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, familiarity with civil & common law and working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
Candidate with above experience & holding Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying with MMUP Registration & Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and age between 35-50 years are encouraged to apply.
