Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from a reputed University with a Merit.
Full knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS 2014)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in working at Project Technical Office, Engineering and Technical Procurement departments.
Previous work experience in Qatar or GCC is essential.

Coordinate and liaise with Design Department to review all architectural and civil specifications received from the designer and recommend changes of products to comply with QCS 2014 and availability of proposed materials in local and regional markets before submitting the Design Specification to the Client.
Coordinate and liaise with Design Department to review all approved architectural and civil specifications and prepare list of architectural materials.
Coordinate and liaise with the Procurement Department for the availability of proposed civil/architectural materials/vendors in local and regional markets before submitting the Design Specification to the Client.
Prepare Technical Procurement Package that includes the Design Specifications and Drawings and actual BOQ for materials in coordination with Design, BIM and Procurement Department.
Prepare, coordinate, review and obtain approval from the Client for Contract Submittals such as material and sample submittals.
Implement the mock-up requirement and obtain approval in accordance with Design Specifications and Contract Requirements.
Follow up and provide proposals for the technical enquiries from the site/execution team.
Follow up and coordinate with Subcontractors/Suppliers for providing all required documentation, samples and mock-ups required to execute the works up to final handing over and closeout documentation.
Prepare draft correspondences and letters to the Client and Subcontractors in accordance with contractual requirements.
